Split the generated handbook in smaller parts

The generated handbook must me split in several parts, according to the components of the system. These components are:

Kernel or Pervasives or Prelude which gathers basic definitions, catcode definitions, definitions of data structures and system services.
Plain font selection scheme which implements a selection scheme.
Basic formatting macros which implements formatting macros similar to those found in the plain format, along with font style definitions.

Font encoding
Output routine

Paper
Pictures
