Update to ocaml-images-4.0.1

Michael Grünewald repo owner created an issue

OCamlimages 4.0.1 is out and the version in ports is out of date.

This is reported as ports/173453 in Current FreeBSD problem reports.

The old version is failing to build in poudriere.
