Uploading multimedia files directory structure

Come up with a solution for uploading multimedia files.

The folder structure needs to have multiple folders.

    Created a function getRandomPath to generate random path in Upload library

    Fixed Image Controller to read file paths from query strings. Display pic now stores full path in database.
