Can't delete a family member

Hi there. My wife is listed twice as a family member, I can't delete one instance of her. My family should consist of myself (Chris Fitzsimons), my wife (Rasha) and our son Joshua (who is under 15 so doesn't need a profile). Currently Rasha is listed twice, but there is no provision to delete a family member. I'm not sure how she was created twice, but she only needs to be there once. Thanks
