Remove hardcoded language strings

Remove all of the hard-coded language strings from the renderer.

    There are still some hard-coded strings in the version available in Moodle plugins database.

    Please see the screen image at https://docs.moodle.org/all/es/Archivo:SPA_course-checks-block.png where you can notice several English language strings in an otherwise Spanish language translated block:

    Renamed Summary Content Visible

    It would be very good if these hard-coded English language strings were changed to variables available for translation in AMOS.
