Warn to create users BEFORE doing the migration

It would be great to give a warning to create the matching users if possible in the new workspace before migrating over, so that the assignments are preserved?

Thanks, that's a good point. I've added some usage notes to the site for now, and I'll look at getting the tool to give more feedback about what it's going to do, including prompting for this kind of situation.
