Adding another dictionary database

Hi! It's a great plugin and it's just wonderful that you made it opensource.

I was thinking about adding another dictionary database to the plugin, in particular BKRS, which is crowd-sourced Chinese-Russian dictionary (similar to CEDIT). It has a free license, so no problem with using it. (Sorry, the link is in Russian, but I think you can check it with google translate, it says about the dictionary in general).

As I see from the source, you store the dictionary just as a pre-formatted JSON. Would you consider adding BKRS dictionary if I make a script for converting its database to the JSON format used here? Then there could be an option in settings which of these dictionaries to use (or to use both).
