Add notes to an item

It's possible that the English definition of an item is not sufficient for a user.

It will be nice for user to be able to define a "note" where it will change the english definition of the item for that user alone.

For example: sig. existing dictionary definition: oneself, himself, herself, itself, themselves new "note" definition: reflexive pronoun of "man"

this means when the training mode is english = ?svenska?, user will see "reflexive pronoun of "man" rather than the existing definition in the dictionary.
