qUncompress memory allocation error

I often get the error:

"qUncompress: Could not allocate enough memory to uncompress data"

when trying to download/open community patches from within the program. The error is persistent and I have to force kill the application.

Seems dependant on the patch I'm trying to access. Will throw the error when I first try and open a patch (preventing me from ever seeing or using it), or if I download once, then close the downloaded patch tab, then redownload the patch.
