standard preference for preset/editor-mode

Every start of your Software begins with a window that wants the user to choose either preset- or editor mode.

For users, who prefer to use mainly one of those, it would be nice, if a preference for a standard starting mode could be added. This would not only help debugging new blocks in development, but also speed up patch creation from scratch.

The switch inside each mode would still allow to toggle to the other mode, so no advantage of each mode would be missing.
