Block upload not working in 0.5.3b

This is NOT a duplicate of issue #101

I am running 0.5.3b, the most recent version of the client.

When I upload a block, it appears in the Community section, but not in the User section.

Same here on 0.53 osx 10.7.5. - some of my uploaded blocks show in my user library, others don't.
