Comment Deletion Not Retained After Save

Use Case:

Create a patch with a regular or HTML comment box.
Delete the comment box from the patch.
Save the patch.
Close the patch.
Open the patch.

Result: The deleted comment remains in the patch.

Notes: This is a bug that existed in the 0.2 software on both Mac and Windows. Performing a Save As and copying over the original patch after deleting the comment box does not resolve the issue.

The only way to remove a comment box from a patch is to

Delete the comment.
Copy all blocks and connections from original patch.
Paste into brand new patch window.
Save As.
