impossible to load patches in the block

Hi there, i just bought a patchblock and downloaded the Patchblocks app but each time I try to load a patch to my block, I get a "Firmware Updated" message and it doesn't work. Is it a question of Firmware template? Where can I find the new template? thanks for your help GLB
