Can't have value higher than 8000 in any block

If I for instance want want to have a multiplier with value2 as 10000, when I try to enter this value, it won't allow more than 4 digits. So I thought that 9999 would do for now, but this isn't possible either, and through further investigation I can only enter values up to 8000

Running Patchblocks 1.0 on 2012 MB Pro, El Capitan 10.11.6
