Software won't open properly

Hi everyone, without any discernible reason the pb software won't open properly. It starts the usual way asking me if I want to load preset or create patch, then whatever I click it looks as if it were starting, the icon appears in the taskbar but the software window does not show up. Tried several graphic resolutions with the very same result each time. Anyone facing similar problems? Any solutions for that? Greetings, dænkrø_
