Filter HP, BP, Multi-mode Static Error

The Filter HP, BP, and general multi-mode blocks pick up static on the output signal around 4,300 Hz. This seems to be from a typo on Line 23 of the .xml for the HP and BP blocks which is repeated in the general Filter block. The static does not show up in the LP block which has a slightly different line 23.
