Select Block - Data Name Error

The error found in v0.2 remains in this version. See the wiki Known Bug: http://wiki.patchblocks.com/index.php5/Known_Bugs#Select

Cause: The Select and Mix4 block share the same data structure name, even though they have different structures (Select has 9 inputs; Mix4 has 8 inputs).

Fix: Change line 4 of "select.xml" to:
