Tutorial and Preset Menu Text

Consider removing the "*.pbp" text from each item in the Tutorial and Preset menus. It adds a lot of needless clutter to the menus.

Consider reformatting the Tutorial names as displayed in the menu. For example "Tutorial-01-TheBasics.pbp" becomes "Tutorial 01: The Basics".

The .pbp is now removed..

We'll work on the "-" replacement for the next release :)
