We may need to discontinue support for Windows XP to enable future development of the software..I don't think it's viable to support archaic systems - the time it would take to research and add this support doesn't seem to make sense.. We should keep checking for solutions, but for now there isn't a sensible fix

Same error. As all my PC run Windows XP, If you wontfix, I won't buy ! ... so disappointed :'(
