Patchblocks Beta v0.4 not working on Windows Vista

Only if executing Patchblocks from an user that is not administrator, when running the emulator, I get this message. can't open template file for compiler: C:\Users\Ponyo\AppData\Local\Mindflood Ltd\Patchblocks\compile\templ_emul.txt

If I reinstall Patchblocks, the first time I launch it everything works. After closing the program and re-opening, I get the error message again.

You have to make sure your patchblocks are installed for the current user, and try to run application without and with Administrator privileges.
