Inspector Tab Force-Extends Window

Case: The user sets the main software window to a small height. (Screen Shot 1)

Event: The user selects a block in their patch with a large number of inputs to be displayed in the Inspector tab.

Result: The Inspector tab extends to display all of the input boxes, which forces the bottom of the main window to extend. Depending on the user's window position, this will force the bottom of the main window off the user's screen entirely. (Screen Shot 2) This occurs on Windows 7. Have not confirmed on other OSes.

Solution: Is it possible to force the Inspector tab to use a scroll bar to save the main window height?

This happens on both Win and Mac installs.

This issue may have solved a related bug: If the main window is already at the maximum (by using the top left green button), the text boxes in the Inspector tab may be forced to shrink vertically. In my use case this occurs when selecting the Distribute block.
