Former user created an issue 2015-12-04

Hi, I'm trying to install on Win 7 64bit and I launch installer and no installer window launches. I can see 3 entries in the task manager but that is it. I tried v5 and v4, same with both. I installed v5 on partner's Win 8 laptop and it worked fine.

It was the first time installation ? Did you have previous version installed before running our new installer ?
