[Collect] puts item in wrong chest

This is a snow block crafter I built.

The right chest is a [Deposit], 332 and the left one is a [Collect], 80.

Whenever the minecart passes over the [Collect], snow blocks are placed in the [Deposit] chest.

[Collect] and [Deposit] search for chests in a square of +-2 blocks around the iron ore block, at the y level of that block and one level below. The chests in your build are both within that area for either iron block, so they are both used as sources/targets for your items. This is not a bug.
