ignite.firecharge-rightclick influences behaviour of Ghast fireballs

Currently, firecharges used with a right-click and fire caused by Ghast fireballs both set block status to 6. See Canary issue 147.

I can think of a messy workaround to determine the real cause, but I'd rather wait for a fix.

    Removed workaround for Canary bug 146 (fixed in Canary commit c1a5360544). That commit also corectly distinguishes between fire charges and fireballs, closes issue #10. Added permissions for fire charge usage.
