Withers destroy blocks

Can't see anything wrong with my code. Either I'm blind or too stupid or it's a Canary bug. Needs testing to find out where it's broken.

The withers break blocks in two ways in vanilla minecraft,

1. their skulls they shoot out, but on mco these skulls do no dammage.
2. Each time they get hurt (even by their own skulls or glitching into a block) they "eat" the blocks around them in a 3 by 5 by 3 space at most, currently this is what is breaking blocks on the server.
