Spawn grief protection not working

Nobody has filed a report yet, but as far as I can see, (I can't test, because I do not want to get banned) spawn grief protection isn't working. PVP protection works fine, but not grief protection. I have attached a picture of what someone did to spawn.

FishyShield does not do Grief protection. That's Lion's Area.
