Config files re-written in random order each server run

Every server run, lionsCommands re-writes its own config file with a new timestamp and reordering the statements in an apparently random new order. This is a hassle for keeping track of the config file with git, since apparently it does this every single time. No other plugins aside from the lions* plugins and lwc do this.

Thats the way Canary handles the propertie files, can't do a thing about that besides writing my own propertie reader.
