File too large? File must be empty!

I just tried to upload a screenshot to the wiki, and the file was larger than the 2MB limit. Instead of saying the file was too large, the wiki returned the error:

The file you uploaded seems to be empty. This might be due to a typo in the file name. Please check whether you really want to upload this file.

It...maybe shouldn't say that, and should instead mention the size being an issue?
