Players get a large lag spike when someone starts a fight with someone else.

When starting a fight with someone else it seems to lag and not put anything into chat or use commands etc for a few seconds.

This is likely to be related to some notification or identity checker scripts called by commandon

Issue here is exec working terribly slow under classicloader, please report it on either exec's tracker or classicloader's tracker
