/setprefix not working

The /setprefix command does not change the prefix of a player, apart from in the preview provided to the player (See screenshot attached)

New players joining and registering are also not changing the prefix/name-color because of this. Probably will happen with donorlevels too.

New player prefixes are entirely unrelated and are a canary issue. That needs to be reported separately and in full as it sounds like a much more serious issue - link here when it's been reported please.
