/goodnight not working and saying the server is busy.

when using /goodnight it says: "Server busy - please try again in a minute."

    Make several fixes and improvements to scripts

    • Improve /disappear and /reappear to really turn invisible
    • Fix /goodnight, resolves issue #129
    • Add /sethome command
