Placing the bottom part of a stoneslab comes up as using water.

when you have a top slab, and then try to place a slab in the same block of the same type to make it turn into a double slab, it tells staff that they placed a water block and doesn't allow them to place the second slab.

It only does this when placing the top slab first then the bottom part of it.

Cobblestone slabs come up as Still Lava, Stone slabs come up as water block, Stonebrick slabs work normally.
