/up can be used to break bedrock

a player that has access to this command can simply type /up 0 to break the piece of bedrock that is below their feet.

This is nothing to do with scripts; it's an issue with WorldEdit, which shouldn't be overwriting blocks that already exist. Closing it here and opening it there: http://code.minecraftonline.com/worldedit/issue/23/up-breaks-blocks-that-already-exist
