/home doesn't teleport to your /home and says "Invalid coordinates"

When you use /sethome and then /home: "Invalid coordinates", "You have been transported 123m to your home." then "Invalid coordinates" again.

Using /home again will just do the same thing.

Old /homes still work but if you update your /home by using /sethome it will do the above when you try to /home.

Using "/whereishome Thor_Eleanor" will say "Couldn't find no such player as Thor_Eleanor."
