/whois'ing a player says they've "never visted Freedonia"

Regardless of donor, new player, or staff member. /whois'ing anyone comes up with the same result. However, when gchecking it comes up with hours, geoloc, and home location distance normally.

Any issue that only affects a staff information command is not major

This issue also makes it so players who don't have a /whois result don't say "...is joining for the first time!" to staff or IRC.

Are you saying first join notification is broken? If so that's a totally different (and much more serious) issue and should be reported separately

The is joining for the first time notification came up for me just fine a few minutes ago, about to resolve this issue here as well with my next commit, so, if you are still having issues when the next new player joins, report it, otherwise I will say the other is a nonissue, @Anna28

I will if I see it again, though I thought it might have been related as all the players which didn't say it was their first join also had no /whois. I haven't seen it happen again since this has been resolved too.
