Replacement needed for /tp command

...which is currently disabled for moderators and god donors due to http://code.minecraftonline.com/classicloader/issue/10/world-corruption-and-crash-exception-while

Only functionality required is to releport to another player. Probably best implemented using the console tp command.

Resolving this also will resolve #182.
