Donor permissions messed up

I, an Aether donor, tried to us /up and /ceil but apparently I do not have permission. Anna, and Obsidian donor, tried and she can use them apparently. I would like to invite donors above Aether to test these commands and see if the issue relates to Aether donors permissions only. Other commands included with Aether work, with the exception of /slaughter which has a bug to which I reported in WorldEdit
