/message is still using the vanilla command like old /msg and /tell.

like in #150 "/message" still has the "you whisper to.." or "Player whispers to you..." and can use @p in the <player> part of "/message <player> <message>" like in #183.

/tell and /msg are working fine though and using the rewritten command.
