/msg allows to use the start of a player name but says you msg that part of the name only.

For example at Tue 2 Dec 03:54:37 GMT 2014 server time the command /msg che test was used and Chewy27_ was the only player online with "che" in their username. So Chewy27_ Received the message as normal but Anna_28 (Player using the command / msging chewy) had (PRIVATE->che) <Anna_28> test instead of what it should be as (PRIVATE->Chewy27_) <Anna_28> test
