/home doesn't allow mod's to go to other staff's sethome.

When attempting to do /home slowriot a message popped up saying "You may not access the home of fellow staff members." for both admins and moderators.

For both admins and moderators? I thought admins should be able to use that command on other staff (similar to /whereishome)
