Add alias for translate

Issue #224 wontfix
SnappyMuppetman created an issue

There has been mixed feedback about features of /translate in that whether or not what you are trying to translate should be echo'd in game for players to understand what has been translated. I would like to put forward the suggestion of a couple of alias' for the command which word as followed:

/tr - alias for /translate but does NOT echo what you're translating /tre - alias for /translate including echo of what is being translated

Issue I see with this though is that people will be lazy and just use /tr and the feature of echo'ing the translate input will be made near enough redundant so if anyone can think of an appropriate alias for a command to NOT echo, please put it forward (in this case then /tr would echo the command usage)

I can see no good reason to disable echo by default, nor even to allow it to be disabled explicitly. The obit reason it was not enabled sooner was out of concern for excess spam to other players. Offering the choice to the player using it does not help with the experience of others. If someone really wants to hide what they said in English they can just use google translate manually like they always have before.

Also considering extra aliases cost cpu cycles on all command use and the effect is cumulative, i see no reason to add a wasteful alias for a command that is in no way essential or even useful to gameplay just to save a few users from having to type a few more letters
