Players execute logdeath even when not killed

Issue #256 duplicate
SnappyMuppetman created an issue

When in pvp, a player will execute when at half a heart (And message sent in-game saying that one player was killed by another). Also /logdeath gets executed multiple times. Logdeath should only be executed once and when the player actually dies, not before.
