goodrep badrep giving errors but still repping

It seems to only happen for me, I'm unsure if it's due to me being a mod but other staff have not shared this same issue. But basically it gives the regular rep text in light green, then underneath it gives the dark red error.

I cannot reproduce this; permissions for all files there are correct. Please let me know if the error recurs and with what names exactly.
