Mail send bug

[Speedster]

This is different than #127. Upon sending mail with /mail send Anna_28 test. The server responds "Message successfully sent!" However, the recipient (in this case Anna_28) does not receive the mail. The recipient shows "You don't have that much mail" when typing /mail list. Additionally, upon sending mail messages to an offline player, no notifications of "You have # mail" are shown to the recipient when connecting.
