Changing links in McObot's issue update messages.

Currently the links in McObot's issue/code update messages use the code.minecraftonline format instead of http://bitbucket.org/minecraftonline

Since bit bucket is removing c names these should be changed.

http://code.minecraftonline.com/craftbook-extra/issue/67 should be replaced with https://bitbucket.org/minecraftonline/craftbook-extra/issue/67
