Adding message in /gchecks showing if a block broken was above new player height limit.

Players without 100 hours, 20 reputation or iron donor can not build above a certain height. But this still generates alerts in chat similar to players trying to break blocks in a protected area.

Could a message be added in /gcheck similar to the protected area info, but for players under 100 hours (and below 20 rep, without donor) breaking a block above their height limit?

Currently gchecks show player hours, but a staff member could forget about the height limit.
