!whereis and !locate do not check for nether or end.

Issue #290 resolved
Anna Bakker created an issue

When using !locate or !whereis on someone who is in the nether or end, locate will give a map to their coords in the overworld, and whereis will just display their coords without saying what dimension they are in.

02:35 <@Annabell> !locate Anna_28
02:35 <@McObot> (MCS) http://mco.re/map/#/32/7/-55/-2/0/0
02:36 <@Annabell> !whereis Anna_28
02:36 <@McObot> (MCS) Anna_28 is currently at 32 7 -55

(above shows !whereis and !locate on Anna_28 in the nether)

Is there any way to easily check what dimension another player is in? It could also be used in a message for the exec /tp when it doesn't teleport you if the other player is in a different dimension.
