Spawnpoint not absolute

Not sure if bug, ./spawn point not absolute anymore, I am dotted all over the spawn area

Don't believe everything you hear. I added randomised /spawn when i implemented a manual spawn command, back in June - this was in the staff emails i think. The idea is to stop people spawning on top of each other / inside others' heads.
