Commands such as /spawn work in areas it's not supossed to.

In places such as the Maze, Sauna, Catacombs and etc. commands that are normally disabled within the boundaries of the area such as /spawn, or any of the movement commands such as /jumpto, work. I think this has been a bug since MCO updated to 1.7 in Oct. 2014.
