1.8 Entity teleport commands

Check and teleport entities such as pets with players when they teleport.

The vanilla /tp command allows for teleporting entities too in 1.8: /to @e[type=EntityHorse,r=2]

If possible check that they own said pet (Owner tags for dogs and cats) or if they are riding a horse.
